We are asking that everyone please RSVP by June 24th, 2024 at the latest so we can prepare for the right amount of food and drinks for everyone.
We wish that we could accommodate everyone's children but due to extremely limited capacity at our ceremony site we ask that this be an adults only event. We do have more space at our reception venue so if the kids would like to join at that time they are more than welcome!
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. We appreciate everyone's understanding!
We are actually not registered anywhere because we have all the things we could ever need. If you feel so inclined to give, we would love for a donation to our honeymoon fund via Venmo. This is absolutely not necessary!
Yes, there is parking but it is somewhat limited so we are encouraging as many as are able to drive together. There are two lots at group sites 9 and 10, please see map for details.
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event. Please also keep in mind that the venue primarily has grass and dirt terrain.
We ask that our guests wear semi-formal or dressy casual. Keep in mind, that this is a summer wedding in the mountains so "summer chic" is what we are going for. We also ask that our guest avoid, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, flip flops, crocs, etc. Ladies, keep in mind that this is a campground so the terrain is mostly grass and dirt, appropriate footwear is encouraged.
There is a cabin at group site 9 where the reception will take place but there will also be a fire and s'mores at group site 10 for additional hang out space.
Please arrive no later than 4pm for the ceremony.
