Great place to check out views, old cabins, rent bikes, and see bears: Cades cove 
Best easy hike: Grotto falls (waterfall you can walk behind)
Best moderate hike: Alum cave or Abrams Falls 
Best strenuous hike: Mount Le Conte via Alum cave trail (10 miles round trip)
