Guests can start to arrive no earlier than 4:00pm and find their seats by 4:15pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.
While we love your children, we have decided to keep our wedding as an adults only event. We hope that you can take this evening to enjoy yourselves "kid free"!
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests that are not listed on the invitation due to a limited capacity of the venue.
This will be a formal/ black tie optional wedding.
We do not recommend sneakers, boots, or pin heels. Our venue is outdoors with a mixture of grass, turf, and dirt throughout the entire venue.
Yes! Drinks are on us for the night but the hangover is on you.
Yes! Once you turn into the venue, continue straight up the hill to the parking lot in the back. The gardens and main house will be on your right. From the parking lot, there will be a golf cart and driver for those who need assistance walking down the path to the ceremony and reception space.
Yes! If you've had one too many, our venue lets us leave cars there overnight and must be picked up by 10am the following morning.
Hampton Inn and Suites in Bedford is approximately 20 minutes away. Pro tip: give yourself enough travel time to get to the venue since there are a lot of back roads and it is located on a mountain with multiple ways up.
