We're Getting Married!

We first met while we were both lifeguards and were friends/coworkers for a few years before we started dating. Sara was hesitant to go on a date with Jon but he was persistent. On our first unofficial date, Jon cooked dinner for Sara, which is how Jon locked down another date. On our second date, Jon took Sara to the Monterey Bay Aquarium followed by dessert on the beach.

Jon planned a surprise proposal in our favorite place, Yosemite National Park. Sara was on a girls weekend trip with a few coworkers and had no idea. Jon had secretly worked with one of her friends and together they made sure Sara knew nothing. Sara and her friends went hiking in Yosemite and after they were done, they went sight seeing. And who was there? Jon! Sara didn't actually recognize Jon and was shocked that he was in Yosemite. Jon proposed in a meadow with El Capitan in the background while their friends were able to capture pictures and videos.
