We met working at Bethlehem Lutheran Child Care back in 2021. Conversations were always easy and working together was always fun. Fast forward to the summer of 2022, work conversations became more personal, and we really got to know each other. In July we went on our first, unofficial at the time, date to Out and Out in Cedarburg. The next week we met for music on main in West Bend and ended up spending all weekend together. We made it official the end of July and shared so many fun adventures since then. The end of November Jonah planned a date in Cedarburg for us and invited my sister along. I thought nothing of it as we ate lunch, went shopping, and stopped on the bridge to take pictures like we have done before. When it was time for Jonah and me to take pictures, he paused in front of my sister and turned around with a box. My first words to him were "what are you doing?" It was truly a surprise, but the best surprise I could have asked for. My favorite thing about our story, is that we found each other when we truly needed each other. We believe the saying " when you know you know" to be so true. It did not take long for Jonah to pop the question after that, and it was an easy yes! A bible passage that comes to mind when thinking of our relationship is this; "" For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord," plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."" Jeremiah 29:11
