FAQs

The Wedding Website of Sara Dennis and Jessica Baus
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday, February 1st. We invite you to RSVP here on our wedding website.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie, and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Please avoid wearing white.

Question

Where should I stay for the wedding

Answer

We do not plan to reserve a hotel block for our celebration. We are aware that hotel prices can be high for those locations within walking distance of our venue, and thus highly recommend that guests check websites like Airbnb and VRBO (this is what we did) or look into hotels a little further away from the venue.

Question

What's the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place indoors at the Bradenton Woman's Club on Saturday, April 4th. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm sharp, followed by cocktail hour (with a DIY open bar) and the reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open 30 minutes ahead of our ceremony time at 3:30pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 15 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one/guest/children?

Answer

Our celebration is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your website RSVP.

Question

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will serve a buffet-style dinner, which will include vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please let us know if you have any special diet restrictions we can accommodate ASAP.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for our honeymoon fund as well as a few items we need for our newlywed home here on our wedding website.

Question

Is parking available near your venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free on-site parking at the Woman's Club as well as free street parking on Virginia Drive.
