JC and Sara first met at a football (soccer) match in Milan --- playing, not watching. Sara, a defender, was one of two girls on the pitch, and wound up covering JC, a striker, on the opposing team. Many tackles, faults, some scratches and a goal or two later, they ended up walking home together while talking about, you guessed it, football. Romance didn't blossom until some days later at an MBA Sailing Regatta in Santa Margherita Liguria. JC was actually supposed to be in Barcelona that weekend, but fate had other plans. Seeing Sara off the football pitch and in cocktail attire, as opposed to men's football shorts, at one of the Regatta's evening events, JC was immediately smitten and the two have been inseparable since. #JCfoundTruaxLove
