Airbnb is a great option if you would like to opt for accommodation for multiple people. I would recommend looking for Airbnbs close to downtown since all events are in the neighborhood "Over The Rhine" or downtown.
Flight
Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport
CVG or Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport is only 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati! You could certainly Uber or Taxi from the airport. All events are walkable and within the downtown area.
Travel Note
PARKING
The hotel offers parking/valet for $35 a night. Other parking options would be finding a garage downtown. You have many options. In Over the Rhine, an excellent garage is the "Mercer Garage" or "Washington Park Parking Garage."
