Things to Do in Cabo We’re so excited for you to explore beautiful Baja! Whether you’re into beaches, art, adventure, or nightlife, here are some of our favorite ideas to make the most of your trip.

🌞 San José del Cabo

Art Walk (Thursdays) – Stroll through galleries, live music, and street vendors in the historic art district. Thursdays, 5 PM–9 PM Playa Palmilla – A swimmable beach with calm waters, perfect for lounging or snorkeling. Estuary Nature Reserve – Easy walk and bird-watching right near downtown. Costa Azul Beach – Known for surfing; rent a board or just watch the locals ride waves. Flora Farms – Great spot with delicious farm-to-table selections. A favorite for locals and visitors! Ruba’s bakery – A great place to have breakfast & pastries.

Bars & Nightlife

Downtown San José Plaza – Charming town square with live music and food stalls in the evenings. Jazmín’s – Colorful local spot with authentic Mexican cuisine and live music. La Lupita Tacos & Mezcal – Famous for gourmet tacos and mezcal cocktails. Simaruba Bar & Kitchen – Rooftop bar-lounge in the historic center—featuring breathtaking sunset views, creative cocktails, and contemporary Mexican cuisine. Dalton – A great spot for an after-dinner drink (located above La Revolucion) with a panoramic view of downtown San Jose del Cabo.

La Revolucion – A fresh take on Mexican food with a delicious Baja flare. Jazmín’s – Lively Mexican spot with music and colorful décor. Don Sanchez – Elevated Baja cuisine with a great wine list and garden setting. Los Tres Gallos – Delicious and authentic Mexican restaurant located downtown where you can find a wide array of dishes from mole to margaritas. Pez Gallo – A more casual café but has incredible coffee and offers a great brunch menu. Cevicheria Agua Mala – Ceviche is a classic Mexican dish and a must-try if you are a seafood lover.
