Question

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest capacity per our venue, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring the kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to our limited venue capacity we are unable to accommodate your littles unless specifically mentioned on your invitation. We are excited to give you this date night!

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

In order to provide our vendors with an accurate head count by their provided due dates, please RSVP at your earliest convenience, but no later than September 13th. Any RSVPs after that date unfortunately will not be accepted.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

While there is no parking at the ceremony/reception venue, there is ample public parking within walking distance. We encourage carpooling if possible. Please keep in mind there is no overnight public parking on the island of Ocean Isle Beach. Feel free to reach out to us directly if you have further questions regarding parking.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly begin at 3:30 p.m. Please remember to arrive with enough time to find parking and make your way to the venue by 3:15 p.m. to ensure you are seated in time. Any guests arriving after 3:30 p.m. will be asked to wait out front until the ceremony has ended.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoor?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outside. The reception with be indoor/outdoor.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see ours guests dressed up with us! We are asking everyone to wear cocktail attire. Please no flip flops or jeans.

What's the bar and food situation?

Answer

There will be a full open bar. Cocktail hour will include hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be a buffet with a chicken and beef option and accompanying sides.

Can I take pictures for you?

Answer

We ask that you please keep your phones tucked away during the ceremony. The greatest gift you could give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment and promise to share the photos as soon as we can. After the ceremony please feel free to capture your memories of the night!
