What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts promptly at 3:30, Please arrive with enough time to park (may be a short walk), participate in the guest book, and find seating before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal/Semi-Formal Attire. Groom and Groomsman will be wearing suits for reference. Also, ceremony and reception will be outside and floor is dirt and woodchips (dance floor is concrete), be sure to wear shoes that will accommodate you.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Each invite will indicate who is invited and if a plus one is permitted.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids will be invited, however they will be on the invite by name as well. Due to venue restrictions, we ask to please only bring those who are on the actual invitation. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Food will be served as buffet style by a staff with the main entree previously chosen. If you have any specific allergies or intolerances, please contact bride or groom so they can check with caterer to see if that ingredient is in that specific food.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be just outside of the entrance to the venue on the road/side of mountain, you may have a short walk for the later arrivals. Please review photos for directions and references.
