Edgardo and Sara first met October 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. They were both attending Hospital Corpsman A school for the Navy. Sara had heard about two-stepping classes that happened every Wednesday and Friday at a local dance hall, but couldn't convince anyone to take dance lessons with her. Edgardo overheard her talking to some others about the classes and jumped on the opportunity go out with her. For the next four months, they went to those dance lessons every Wednesday and Friday and were inseparable every day in between. After six months of falling in love, they got married in an Oahu courthouse on May 10th, 2018. Edgardo and Sara planned a true wedding for a year later in Sara's hometown Paradise, California. In November 2018 the devastating Campfire overtook Paradise and the wedding had to be canceled. They decided to persevere and replan the wedding for May of 2020. Yet again, they were faced with a tragedy they couldn't control. Covid took over the world, and three months before they were supposed to celebrate, the military ordered a travel restriction. Due to the travel restriction and for the safety of the guests they were forced to once again cancel the wedding. Here they are five years later, filled with even more love than when they first said "I do." Edgardo and Sara are ready to FINALLY celebrate their love surrounded by the people that mean the most to them! They can't wait to see you there!
