When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you please RSVP by September 1st , 2025

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked out rooms at the Wyndham hotel in Visalia. Call the front desk and use wedding block code "DeRuiter Wedding".

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Even though we would love to include everyone, due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are put away. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our special day! We can't wait to take pictures with all of you during the reception!

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

We truly love all your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult only event, unless in the wedding party or over 10. We hope you can still join us and use this evening as date night!

What time should I arrive ?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 in the evening, so we suggest arriving no later than 4:15pm so you do not miss anything.

Question

How formal should I dress?

Answer

Just wear your favorite cowboy outfit for men and dress for women! Not too formal, just wear country formal !
