For our ceremony we decided to buck tradition. We didn't want it to feel like someone was being given away, but more like two families coming together. 

So Sylvia and Terry walked Daniel down the aisle, and Valerie and Dumisani walked Sara down the aisle. We all came together and all four of our parents married us.
