Woodinville Wine Country

There are 118 wineries and tasting rooms in Woodinville, a town that has become a mecca for wine enthusiasts throughout the world since Chateau Ste Michelle introduced its first vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon in 1976. It took about 30 years for Woodinville to become a wine destination after that point. Columbia Winery moved into Woodinville in 1989, and then in the 1990s, DeLille Cellars, DiStefano Winery, JM Cellars, Betz Family Winery and Novelty Hill Januik arrived. Woodinville Wine Country is divided into four distinct districts –The Hollywood District, the West Valley District, the Warehouse District and the Downtown District.

Pike Place Market

Founded in 1930, the Pike Place Fish Market is an enduring Seattle institution. It became an internationally recognized business when in 1986, longtime owner, John Yokoyama, and his crew took a stand to become “World Famous”. Now a popular open air market filled with fresh seafood, flowers, trinkets, and delicious food it is absolutely worth visiting.

Mount Rainier National Park

Ashford, WA

The perfect place for hiking or even a beautiful drive. An active volcano, Mount Rainier is the most glaciated peak in the contiguous U.S.A., spawning five major rivers. Subalpine wildflower meadows ring the icy volcano while ancient forest cloaks Mount Rainier’s lower slopes. Wildlife abounds in the park’s ecosystems. A lifetime of discovery awaits.

Deception Pass

Whidbey Island, WA

Take a ferry and explore Whidbey Island ending at Deception Pass. Or drive directly up to Deception Pass State Park..Deception Pass is Washington's most-visited state park for a reason. Mysterious coves, rugged cliffs, jaw-dropping sunsets, and a stomach-dropping high bridge make this park a go-to for locals and international travelers alike. Families can fish and swim in Cranberry Lake. Beach explorers look for shells along miles of Puget Sound beachfront. Hikers can trek through forests and out along bluffs. And birdwatchers fill their field guides with notes. You may see a whale or a family of seals as you gaze on the wild waters that once challenged early explorers.

Snoqualmie Falls

Snoqualmie Falls (268-foot waterfall) is one of Washington state’s most popular scenic attractions, with more than 1.5 million visitors every year. In addition to the observation points, the Falls area includes a hiking trail, gift shop, restaurants, and the Salish Lodge.
