Please dress in casual formal attire. Men will be expected to wear items such as blazers, button-down shirts, polos, or a suit. The bottom portion will include items like khakis, dress pants, or chinos. Women will be expected to wear dresses, blouses, skirts, or suits if they prefer. It is preferred to wear spring colors, if possible.
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
As you make your way down to the 1st floor for the reception, please note that Smitty’s Pub and Restaurant is located on the 8th floor if you would like to stop for a beverage beforehand. The cocktail hour will be from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm. Dinner will be available at 6:00 pm. Dinner will be a plated meal. The following are the plated meal options in detail: 1. Roasted Airline Chicken Breast which includes a house salad, a fresh baked dinner roll, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, wild mushroom velouté, and fried onions. 2. Vegetable Curry which includes a house salad, a fresh baked dinner roll, zucchini, yellow squash, sweet potato, carrots, onion, bell pepper, red curry sauce, cashews, cilantro, and lime. 3. Black and Bleu Pork Tenderloin which includes a house salad, a fresh baked dinner roll, Wisconsin gorgonzola, cajun fingerling potatoes, and green beans.
