How did y'all meet?

Answer

We met on Hing.com! After a while of Mrs. Debra talking Clay into creating an online account, he finally did! Sara was about to delete her account, and Clay had messaged her. After a few days of chatting on the app, we decided to exchange numbers and continued texting for a week or so, before deciding to meet in person.

Where did you first meet in person?

Answer

We met in person at The Fairview Inn in Jackson. Closing the bar at the Library, after talking for hours, it was the beginning of many nights having a hard time of saying goodbye.

How long have y'all been together?

Answer

We met in person at the Fairview, August 20, 2021. Made it "official" September 8, 2021. Engaged February 14, 2022.

Engagement Story?

November of '21 we had our first "Holiday" photo session with a dear friend. Clay made jokes the entire time about it was our "Engagement" photos. It became a running joke that he was just going to wait on Sara to propose because it was going to take him a while to do so. Valentines rolling around the corner before we knew it and nothing more came to mind for Sara other than beating him to the punch and asking him to marry her. Preparing a poem, Sara asked him to be her Forever Valentine. After minutes of confusion on Clay's part and panic for Sara, he finally happily accepted.
