Is there a room block?
Answer
We have (2) room blocks for our wedding. Both hotels are across the street from each other: SpringHill Suites by Marriott St. Joseph Benton Harbor 1255 Cinema Way, Benton Harbor, MI 49022 Book your room at the SpringHill Suites via the link on the Travel page of this website. Hilton Garden Inn Benton Harbor / St. Joseph 1300 Cinema Way, Benton Harbor, MI 49022 Book your room at the Hilton Garden Inn via the link on the Travel page of this website. Please note the following regarding hotel blocks: - You do not need to book your hotel room at either property, but there will be a courtesy shuttle to/from the wedding venue for guests. - This is a courtesy hotel block, which means that the rooms must be booked by TUE 08 SEP. - This block has the following check in/out dates/times: Check In: 3:00 PM | THU 08 OCT Check Out: 11:00 AM | SAT 10 OCT - When preparing this block, we had to select a certain number of single King and double Queen rooms. If you do not see the style of room you would like to book on the website, please reach out to Sara/Brad. We will likely be able to add an additional room of the requested style to our block. - Pets are not allowed at our venue, but if you are traveling with a pet, please note that the Hilton Garden Inn does allow pets for a fee. - Need an ADA room? No problem. If this is the case, please call your preferred hotel and let them know you are part of the Burgess & Ambrose wedding and will require an ADA room. Please do so early to ensure you receive an ADA room.

Is there a shuttle to / from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, there will be a shuttle to/from our wedding venue. More information on shuttles to come soon.
Question
I don't want to take a shuttle. Is there parking at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, there is parking available on property. Our wedding is a celebration, and we want our guests to HAVE FUN. If you don't feel comfortable driving at the end of the evening, guests may leave their vehicles at The MillCreek Wilde overnight. Vehicles must be removed from the property by 10 AM on SAT 10 OCT.

I have a dietary restriction. Can that be accommodated?
Answer
Of course! There will be a spot to input dietary restrictions in the wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We know this can be super tricky. Due to necessity, we are only able to extend the welcome to children of immediate family. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
