FAQs

Question

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to the ceremony, which is about a 35 minute drive from the hotel/venue. We hope you will reserve a room at the Olde Mill Inn where our reception is being held to enjoy the night as long as you want.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend our guests arrive at least a half hour before the start of the ceremony (2:30pm) as our ceremony will begin at 3:00pm sharp.

Question

Where should I park for the ceremony?

Answer

Free parking is available in the parking garage or the open parking lots on campus, as only summer courses are in session, there should be plenty of parking available.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head to the Olde Mill Inn to freshen up or grab a drink at the bar at the restaurant on site, The Grain House (on the other side of the parking lot) before cocktail hour starts at 6:00pm.

Question

Is there a preferred dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite formal/cocktail attire.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love all of the children in our families, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration, aside from a few in our immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on social media and we hope you will tag your photos with our wedding hashtag #BillYouMarryMe so we can keep track of all of your pictures! During our ceremony, we invite you to be fully present with us and request limited photos be taken. Our photographer is capturing all of our moments which we'll be happy to share with you after our wedding.

Question

Are there any restrictions or items to note regarding COVID-19?

Answer

We hope all our loved ones are healthy and safe during this time and we appreciate all the love and support. Given the recent lift in restrictions in New Jersey, our ceremony and reception will be going forward as planned. Immaculate Conception Church requests any unvaccinated individuals to please wear a mask in church, and those who are vaccinated can choose to wear/not wear a mask. Additionally, there are no capacity restrictions. The Olde Mill Inn will also be following the recent lift in restrictions which includes welcoming a full dance floor and vaccinated individuals have the option to wear/not wear a mask. If any additional questions on Covid protocols, please reach out to us and we're happy to answer any questions/concerns
