Lake Fairlee is just down the road. You can go swimming, rent boats, and more! It is a less touristy option than nearby Lake Morey, which is also beautiful.

Mt Ascutney is a great day hike, around 3hours, about 30min away. It is kid/dog friendly.

Enjoy the quaint state capitol of VT. It has many shops, restaurants, cafes, a great Co-op, activities, and more. Check out the capitol building and enjoy the town's unique style of VT culture.

Montpelier

Vermont's tallest mountain offers unbelievable views and is a great hike. There are many different skill levels of trails, but this will be a long hike, so we only recommend it for people with good athletic stamina and no injuries.

Mount Mansfield

The closest restaurant to the venue, owned by a feisty Greek family. Small-town charm and huge servings of fries.

Leda's Pizza Restaurant

A mix of Asian food with burgers and fries. Good family restaurant.

Samurai Soul Food

The nearest market (if you need a larger supermarket, you'll have to leave the town. There is a deli and gas station, and a great Ice Cream Stand outside.
