Are kids invited?
Answer
We are hoping for our reception to feel like a party to celebrate our marriage. We will be having music and alcohol so we encourage our wedding to be a night out without the kids!
Question
What should we know about the ceremony?
Answer
We encourage everyone to sit wherever they like during the ceremony as we are not acknowledging a bride's side or groom's side as we are all one family. We also would like to ask to have cell phones silenced or on vibrate and put away during the ceremony as we are encouraging an "unplugged ceremony". We have hired an amazing photographer and are willing to share any photos she takes during the ceremony with you if you would like.

Will the ceremony and/or reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our plan is for the ceremony to take place outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be held inside the barn.
Question
How do I get to the venue?
Answer
Our venue is located past the interstate on Highway 96, headed toward Lane Southern Orchard. The venue is way off the road so you will just see a mailbox at a dirt road but there will be signs indicating a wedding to watch for!

What type of food and drink will be served at the reception?
Answer
We will have several options for appetizers to partake in during post-ceremony photos. Our menu will include either grilled chicken or pulled with a variety of sides, served buffet style. There will also be an open bar available with a couple of beers and wines to choose from. And don't forget cake!
