The Wedding Website of Sara Benson and Angeleah Tena
Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Sadly, no. The number of seats you are assigned on your invitation is specific, because the park has a very strict limit on number of guests.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be held at the park. There are lots of parking spots at the park; however, as they are not reserved for us alone we recommend carpooling and Uber/Lyft. You must have a Discover Pass to park, and you can purchase a day pass there.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual! Think sundresses, light/bright colors, khakis and a short sleeve button up. We want you to be comfortable!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, due to capacity limitations we ask that only adults attend the reception.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday, May 28th.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Having been together for a decade, there isn't much we need. If you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon fund or consider one of the few items we are registered for, all of that information can be found on the Registry page of this website.

Question

Will there be food provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be a grazing table following the reception, and dinner will follow after we have finished taking photos.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are hotels in nearby Silverdale and Bremerton, or Tacoma if you don't mind driving a bit further.

Question

Where do I go at the park?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the Emel House at Scenic Beach State Park.

Question

Will there be a streaming option if we can't make it but still want to be part of your day?

Answer

Possibly- if there is enough interest. Let us know if this is something that you are interested in, sooner the better.

Question

Should I bring a mask?

Answer

Yes! We do not know how things will be come June, but it's safe to say that bringing your mask is a good idea.
