Due to a large conference being held in Chicago the weekend of our wedding, the hotel options were limited. We were able to secure a room block at Hyatt House in West Loop which is where the Welcome Party will be held on Thursday, May 29th. Please use the link provided below to book. You can also call the phone number provided and reference "Ricker Herbick Wedding Room Block" to receive the discounted rate. We kindly ask that you book the hotel by April 25, 2025. We also encourage our guests to use Airbnb or VRBO if you choose not to stay at Hyatt House as hotel rates across the city are very high due to the conference.

Chicago has two airports; Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW). For those who prefer to fly Southwest Airlines, we recommend using MDW. O'Hare is best for other airlines such as United and American.
