Twelve years ago I was working at a juice bar inside LA Fitness and had a customer who would come daily and order the Strawberry Dream smoothie from me (I'm pretty sure he spent his life savings on these dang smoothies) after what felt like weeks, he finally asked me out on a date. Of course I said yes, he was handsome, kind and was very generous to my tip jar =) He took me out for Thai food and the next six months we were inseparable. Although we had a deep love for each other, we both realized we had some growing up to do as individuals and decided it wasn't our time. We are both big believers in timing and what is meant to be, will be. Fast forward to eight years later, I was standing in line at Starbucks (one I never went to) and I see my baldy walk through the door so naturally I yell out "hi baldy!!" We sat, we chatted and three days later the world shut down because of the pandemic. (talk about perfect timing for us!) The next several months we were inseparable. It didn't take us long to realize the love we had for each other was still there. After almost four years of dating, and me waiting and waiting and waiting some more, Ali proposed on April 24, 2024. It was dreamy, perfect and everything we both had waited so long for. We are SO excited for this next chapter of our lives together.
