There are two major airports in Rio de Janeiro: 1) Galeão - Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport (GIG): This is the major international airport and more accessible option 2) Santos Dumont Airport (SDU): The views flying into this airport are absolutely insane; we highly recommend but know that this may add a connection! If you fly into this airport, get a window seat!
