When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP no later than May 18th. This allows us time to give an accurate final guest count to the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please leave a note on the website, or you may also reach out directly to let us know so that we may accommodate you. Please let us know as well if you have any other dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be valet parking for our guests at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the venue for our guests, but there are many Ubers or Lyfts available during the summer season in Virginia Beach. Please feel free to ask your hotel if they offer any sort of shuttle service as well, as many of the hotels at the oceanfront do.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors on the lawn and patio area of the venue. The reception will be primarily held inside an outdoor tent, but don't worry, there are fans in the tent and you may step inside the building for some AC! (and the restrooms)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure that you may find your seat without feeling rushed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, this event is black tie optional. Tuxes and floor length gowns are welcome, but so are suits and cocktail dresses. Additionally, please refrain from wearing white, or any lemon shades of yellow as this will be the color of the bridesmaids dresses.
