What’s the dress code? Is there a color palette?

Answer

Dress nice but comfortable. The wedding is outdoors, so plan accordingly. Our colors are dark green and dark purple. *DO NOT FEEL AS IF YOU MUST GET A NEW OUTFIT* Wear something dark, that is all we ask.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

For the ceremony, no later than 2:50pm. Reception starts roughly around 4:00pm, be there around then. : )

Can I bring a date / plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we ask that no uninvited person be brought. If brought, the uninvited person(s) will be asked to leave. If unsure, ask the groom or bride.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We don't want anything to be hard on those with children, please bring your kids! There will be a private, quite space for nursing or sleepy babies at the reception. As well as plenty fun activities for older kids.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

No. None will be provided, we ask that none is brought.

Is there anything else wanted that is more special than a regular gift?

Answer

We would love for each family to bring us one of their favorite family recipes. Starting a recipe book from scratch can be intimidating, but with your help it won't be as bad!

Is there parking at the ceremony/ reception?

Answer

There will be parking at both, but it might be wise to see about carpooling. Those with limited mobility will have spaces close to event areas.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we know that everyone will want photos of the ceremony, we ask that nothing be filmed or photographed. We have hired a photographer and assure everyone that you will get photos. We want everyone to be present.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors with bathrooms available. The reception will be mostly outdoors with indoor options and bathrooms available.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

There will be food and non-alcoholic drinks. *Do not bring any alcoholic drinks,* if you do you will be asked to leave.

What should I bring?

Answer

Bring some comfortable shoes for the reception. If you would like, bring a comfortable outfit for the reception too.
