How should I RSVP?
Answer
Once you receive your formal invitation, you will return to this website (by scanning the QR code on the invitation or typing in the provided website), select the RSVP option, and complete your reservation.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by April 30th. This is the LATEST day to decide if you can be part of our special day! If you do not RSVP by this date, you will not be included in the final head count. Thank you!

Dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Can my little one come?
Answer
We adore children and they are welcome to join us on our special day! That said, we kindly encourage guests to consider making it a kid-free evening to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the party with us. We promise it’ll be a night to remember!

When will the ceremony begin?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:30pm at the Black Canyon Inn, The Boulders location. Please try to arrive no later than 4:00pm. The bar is located down the main stairs, straight ahead, and will be open to guests prior to the ceremony for a cash bar. Grab a drink, take a seat, and watch the magic happen!

How long will the ceremony last?
Answer
The ceremony will be roughly 15-30 minutes long. We plan to keep it short and sweet with plenty of time to celebrate!

Where is the ceremony and the reception?
Answer
The ceremony will be held on the main level of the entrance to The Boulders venue. After the ceremony, guests will make their way downstairs for cocktail hour on the outdoor patio and eventually flow inside for dinner and dancing!

What time does the reception end?

The wedding will end at 11:00pm. Guests should not feel obligated to stay the entire event should you want to leave early.

The wedding is estimated as followed, however times may vary. Ceremony 4:30pm - 5:00pm Cocktail Hour 5:00pm - 6:00pm Wedding Introductions and Dances 6:00pm - 6:30pm Dinner 6:30pm - 8:00pm Dancing and socializing 8:00pm - 11:00pm

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held indoors, with large open glass doors exposing the expansive view of the Estes Park mountain range. Cocktail hour will be held on the outdoor patio, assuming the weather is corroborating. If the weather proves to be difficult, cocktail hour will be held inside the reception space. The reception space is connected to the outdoor patio space and will host the reception indoors. The patio will be open for the rest of the night and can be accessed if you please to.

Is it okay to take pictures on my phone?
Answer
We ask that you silence your phones to avoid unwanted noise, however we encourage you to snap photos throughout the night! We would love to see them later on.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Colorado loves to keep us on our toes. That said, early June in Estes Park typically experiences mild to warm days with cool evenings. Expect mid 60s to 70s, but be sure to check in with your weather app to decide on warmer attire!
