We are so happy you're coming! There are several hotel options available via the site below (click view). If you look on your own, we recommend a hotel in the Capitol/downtown area near the venue. Madison is also full of AirBnB options.

COVID In Dane County Wisconsin

Your health and safety are extremely important to us. Our county currently has a mask mandate in place for indoor gatherings and we will have masks and sanitizer available. We've also found in our travels that COVID rapid tests from Walgreens or CVS are very helpful for alleviating any worry after being in crowded airports, etc. Our county boasts high vaccination rates. Flight

Air travel

Madison Dane County Airport (code MSN) hosts a number of domestic flights on American and Delta. Rental cars are available there and we recommend reserving ahead of time. It is a very small airport (by NY standards) so there shouldn't be a long wait for luggage or a cab (which we recommend calling for when you arrive). The taxi pick-up area is outside the building to the far right of the exit doors. Milwaukee's General Mitchell (MKE) is the closest international airport, and it's an hour and fifteen minutes away.

Cab information

We recommend Union Cab if you are not going to rent a car. Their drivers have been polite, professional, and observant of all COVID safety protocols when we've taken them. Their number is 608-242-2000. Their site is below. Uber and Lyft are also viable options.
