Is there cell phone service at the resort?

Answer

Please note there is very minimal wifi and cell reception in the area. We encourage you to take pictures and live in the moment!

What does cocktail attire mean?

Answer

Ladies: Think of a nice party dress - you can go for fun colors or patterns if you’d like! Pair it with block heels or fancy flats and some simple jewelry if you want! Gentlemen: Wear a suit (but no need for a tuxedo), a dress shirt and tie are great, but you can skip the tie if you prefer a more relaxed look. Don’t forget your dress shoes!

Is the resort dog friendly?

Answer

Yes, the Lakeview rooms are dog-friendly. If these rooms are booked, consider an RV site or a dog-friendly Air BnB nearby. Please leave the pups in your room during the ceremony and reception.

What is the best way to book a room at the resort?

You can book by calling the front desk. 928-667-3361. We recommend calling over booking through the website.

Can we get an Air BnB instead?

Answer

Yes! If you choose to stay off site, we suggest finding a place on the south end of lake Havasu or in Parker near the dam. There are several privately owned residences available for rental by the public. The Parker Dam is located
approximately 1 mile south of Havasu Springs Resort. A friendly reminder: The
Parker Dam is only open to passenger vehicles between the hours of 5am and 11pm.

What if my name does not come up when I try to RSVP?

Answer

Try just your first name or just your last name. If that doesn't work, please reach out to Brett or Sam personally so we can fix the error or add you to our guest list manually. Please let us know if you will be attending or not by October 16th. This is very important for planning purposes.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome! Please make sure to add them when you RSVP. If there isn’t a spot for them when you try to RSVP, please reach out to Sam or Brett and let them know.
