When Do I Need to RSVP?
Answer
The RSVP Deadline is June 1st, 2024. The room block will close on the same date. We will submit a final headcount to our wedding planner the following day, so guests that have not responded by the deadline may not be accomodated for wedding events. We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible whether you are able to attend or not.

Can I Bring a Guest?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP on this website. Thank you for your understanding

Do I Need A Passport?
Answer
YES. You will need a valid passport for travel. If you do not have a valid passport currently and plan to attend, we urge you to start the process of applying or renewing as soon as possible.

Can I Bring My Kids?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to the resort being an adults only property, children will not be allowed at the weekends events, everyone on property must be 18 years or older.

How Do I Book my Stay?
Answer
We have a room block reserved through our travel coordinator Kimberlee Key. Please visit our travel arrangements website destinationweddings.com to book within the block (3 night minimum stay required). A direct link to book can be found under the Travel tab. Please reach out to Kimberlee directly with any questions, she is more than happy to help arrange both your room and your roundtrip transportation to and from the airport. If you will be staying less than 3 nights, feel free to book directly through the Secrets Maroma website (also linked on travel tab). Be sure to note that your reservations is for the 'Maggy Santos Wedding October 26, 2024'. Please be sure to RSVP on this website once arrangements have been made and your attendance is confirmed.
Question
Can I Stay At Another Property?
Answer
While it is not required that you stay on the property where the events will be held, please note that we will not be providing any transportation to and from Secrets Maroma for guests that choose to stay elsewhere. Guests staying off property will be required to obtain day/night passes to come on property for wedding events. These are based upon availability and are not guaranteed. It will be up to the guests to obtain these in advance if they choose to stay off property and join for the events.

What if I can not make it?
Answer
We completely understand! If you are not able to make the trip, please respond 'no' on the RSVP tab as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly, you will be missed!
