Katie downloaded the dating app Tinder on Sunday, September 10, 2017. Within four hours, Mike "super liked" her and they were chatting all night. At first, Katie was nervous about meeting Mike, but she soon asked him what his work schedule was. Three days later, they went on their first date to 66 Church in Naugatuck for a few drinks followed by a walk on the boardwalk at Walnut Beach in Milford. They went on two more dates before the week ended and she soon had her own drawer in the bathroom. Two months later, she was moved in and the rest is history!
