What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Due to the size of our guest list, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be valet & self parking available at the venue. We will also have a shuttle service with round trip transportation for guests who will be staying at Springhill Suites.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For out of town guests or those who want to stay at the hotel where the after party will take place, we have reserved a room block at Springhill Suites (link to room block in the travel section of this website).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available. If you have additional concerns, feel free to contact us.
