Yes. However, when guests arrive the entrances to both parking lots at the main building are closed as the ceremony is taking place outdoors at Deer Ridge. We will have staff in place 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time & guests will be directed up to Deer Ridge to park for ceremony. After the ceremony, guests can drive their cars down to the main parking lot or walk down the path. RMV also has a long golf cart to transport those who have difficulty walking long distances.
Yes, we will have two pick up times scheduled at Red Maple Vineyard to pick up and drop off all guests at the shared Marriott and Hilton hotel parking lot. 9:30PM Pick up at Red Maple Vineyard 11:00PM Pick up at Red Maple Vineyard
Semi-Formal Attire: Tuxes, gowns, suits and cocktail dresses. Please note the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in a grassy area so stiletto heels are not recommended.
