Where can I stay?

Answer

There are some accommodations that are made for those that are simply coming for just the wedding and having to leave soon. A hotel block at the Hampton Inn by Hilton is available for your convenience. Another option can be Airbnb & VRBO. These would be highly favorable if all the family/friends desire to stay together. There are many beautiful places to stay in Wilmington. The wedding is downtown when on the hunt for your stay.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are limited with the amount of seating we have available at the ceremony and reception. There are some kiddos that are near and dear to our hearts that we could not leave out of our special day. So while there will be some kids in attendance, please only RSVP for those stated on the invites.

Will there be gluten free options on the menu?

Answer

Yes! We have many close loved ones that are gluten free, so we are ensuring there will be different options.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please ensure to have RSVP's in by September 18th. This will help us have an idea for the caterer and we will need a final head count.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specific dress code other than cocktail attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

With the wedding being downtown, there is no specific parking available at the venue that is free. There is parking very nearby in a paid lot, or meter parking downtown that can have time added on the phone.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation, but all of the wedding events are within walking distance to and from the hotels downtown.

Wedding rehearsal for those in the wedding party

Answer

The venue is open at 9am Wednesday Oct. 29, 2025. This is when our rehearsal will need to take place. If there is an issue with being able to attend the rehearsal, please contact Matt or Alexis to let us know well in advance.

Will there be a local celebration?

Answer

Alexis' parents have decided that they are going to host something local in the chance you are not able to make it to Wilmington NC. There will be a casual luncheon celebration in summer 2026 in Campbell, OH. Invites to follow.
