What started as something simple turned into everything we ever needed. In 2020, during a time when the world felt uncertain, we met online in the most unexpected way — I was just looking for friends to share memes with. He reached out, and what began as casual conversations quickly turned into something much more meaningful. Shortly after turning 18 on September 22, 2020, I took a leap of faith. On October 20, 2020, I moved from California to Florida to be with him — a decision that would change both of our lives forever. We spent about a year together, learning, growing, and experiencing life side by side. Though our journey took a pause, our story wasn’t over. In the middle of 2023, we found our way back to each other. By the end of the year, it became clear that what we had was worth fighting for — and this time, we chose forever. On June 9, 2024, we quietly said “I do” in an intimate ceremony with our moms as our witnesses — a moment filled with love, meaning, and new beginnings. Just a few months later, on October 13, 2024, our hearts grew even fuller as we welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world. As we continue this journey together, we are so excited to celebrate our marriage with our friends and family in a church ceremony, where we will also be baptizing our daughter — a moment that means so much to us as we bring together our love, our faith, and our growing family. Our story is one of growth, second chances, and a love that never truly left — and this is only the beginning.
