Maid of Honor
I’ve known her since she was born! Amelia currently lives in Chicago and is working on her PhD. In her small amount of spare time she can be found at a rock climbing gym, camping, or on a hike! She’s also a champ at karaoke.
Matron of Honor
Anna is the younger sister and by the time of our wedding she will be a Matron of honor! Be sure to congratulate her on her August wedding. Anna and her fiancé (also named Matt) live in Thousand Oaks, CA. Anna works with schools teaching the youths of America the essentials of gardening.
Bridesmaid
MacKenzie and I met freshman year of high school and bonded over a love of Taco Bell and Qdoba. We were inseparable during high school and spent so many nights at eachothers houses that it only made sense to be roommates the first two years in college. Kenzie is currently living in Omaha but gets to move back to Sioux Falls in August for her new job as an anesthesiologist with her husband, Nate, and her two kids, Grady and Kaylee.
Bridesmaid
Alex and I met in college and went through nursing school together. Alex joined me for a travel nurse assignment in Boston where we ate our way through oysters and became Red Sox fans for a summer. Alex is currently a Nurse Practitioner living in Minneapolis with her fiancé (husband as of August!) and made Our assignment in the cold tundra this winter a lot more fun.
Bridesmaid
Michaela and I first met working at Spezia in Sioux Falls and became friends after college when we started in the Sanford NICU together as new grads! We were travel nurse buddies for two years, taking assignments together in the Bay Area, Santa Monica, and Portland. Michaela is always down for an adventure, as long as she can stop and take pictures. She is currently living in Minneapolis working as an RN and spending time with her fiancé, George!
Bridesmaid
Marissa and I met on a travel nurse assignment in the Bay Area. We bonded over our love of travel and have gone on many adventures together all over the United States and abroad. She’s always there for a crazy, spontaneous idea or a heart to heart at 2am. Marissa is currently on a travel assignment in Seattle (with Matt and I) but will be starting CRNA school in Tampa this summer.
Bridesmaid
Katrin and I met in 2nd grade and went to school together (with the exception of middle school) until we graduated through college. She’s one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet and her laugh is infectious! Katrin lives in Sioux Falls with her husband, Zach and their dog, Gouda.
Best Man
Jorge and I have been friends since 5th grade orchestra class. He's remained a best friend to me for years through thick and thin, and I'm proud to have him as a best man.
Best Man
Rich and I met in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu when I lived in Denver and we've been best friends ever since. We have choked each other, shared many a drink together, and philosophized about the meaning of life and girlfriends. I'm happy to have him as a best man.
Groomsman
I met Jason when I first moved to the beach in North Carolina and we official started the Seagull Street gang. We've shared some great times on the ICW of coastal NC down to Charleston, South Carolina. He taught me the importance of learning to become a good cook with a refined palate and I'm proud to call him a friend.
Groomsman
Meech was introduced to me by Jorge while I was in college and the rest is history. We've had great times all over the country and he is a true-life hero for his work in the power sector in Puerto Rico for the last two years.
Groomsman
Sherman was the first friend I made on my first travel nurse assignment in San Antonio. He invited my out, along with Phil. We had a few drinks at the bars, but we really hit it off when we struck up an informal band of my viola, Phil on the cajon, and Sherman, tuning his guitar for 30 minutes and singing like an angel.
Groomsman
I met Phil on a bro-date one night at the Ice House in San Antonio and we've met all over the country on various bro-dates every since. I'm happy to call him a friend and adhoc financial advisor extraodinaire.
Groomsman
I met Rob through Jason and we've shared many a joint adventure with Jason, Mitchell, and Jorge enjoying the beaches of North and South Carolina. Rob now works in Florida but always makes time for "his boys" by making trips back up to the Carolinas, regardless of hurricane or storm.
