Yes there will be school buses picking up guests at the Marriott. To the ceremony, the buses will begin boarding at 3:30 and depart at 3:40. The bus will return to Marriott to begin the second round of boarding at 3:55 and depart at 4:05. For transportation home from the reception, the busses will have various boarding times: 10:15pm, 11pm, 11:45pm, and 12:45am. They will depart 15 min after boarding begins.
Our wedding is semi-formal. Feel free to wear a tux or gown if you'd like, but suits and cocktail dresses are equally great choices!
We love your kids, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, please! The only children joining us will be our nephews: Simon, Rory, Harrison, and Finn. Thank you for understanding!
The Big E! is happening during the time of our wedding. If you are not familiar with the Big E!, it is the state's largest fair and worth a visit. Please be mindful of this, it can cause traffic in the area.
Our wedding ceremony will be indoors at the Springfield Country Club. The cocktail hour will be hosted outside on the back patio. The venue offers a beautiful indoor/outdoor set up that guests can enjoy throughout the night.
Yes! All guests are welcome to park their cars onsite overnight. We would much prefer you take one of the shuttles or an Uber home!
