FAQs

Question

When is the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take place earlier in the day on Saturday, October 10, 2026. As much as we would love to have everyone present, we have chosen to have a private ceremony and are only able to accommodate a small group of family and friends. Please know that this is not a reflection of how much you mean to us both - an intimate ceremony simply feels the most right for us. We are so grateful and excited to celebrate with all of our loved ones at our cocktail hour and reception immediately afterward!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by August 10, 2026. To ensure we can provide accurate numbers to our vendors, any responses not received by this date will be considered as not attending.

Question

What time should I get there?

Answer

Our cocktail hour begins at 5:00 PM. You are more than welcome to arrive a few minutes early and enjoy the evening right from the start! Please note that any guests who arrive more than 15 minutes early will be considered volunteers for decorating and set-up.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding celebration will be a formal affair! Think suits and ties, long dresses, or elevated cocktail attire!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore all of the little ones in our life, this will be an adults-only event. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night out to celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

This will be an exclusive party! Only the names on your invitation are on the guest list.

Question

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Gluten-free, alcohol-free, and vegan options will be available during both the cocktail hour and reception. If you have additional dietary needs, please reach out to us and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Question

Are the celebrations outdoors?

Answer

Enjoy a scenic view of the sunset during our cocktail hour on the outdoor balcony, weather permitting. Should rain join the party, cocktails will move indoors. The reception will follow in the ballroom. All shoes are welcome!

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

The Binghamton Country Club has a large parking lot that can accommodate all of our guests! We also love a good carpool and encourage planning for a designated driver so everyone can celebrate safely.
