When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are kindly asked to arrive by 12:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM.

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

Yes, We kindly ask that all guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony so we can be fully present.

Can I take photos during the reception?

What is the dress code?

All Black Formal Black attire is required. Ladies may wear cocktail or formal dresses (plain or printed), and gentlemen are requested to wear black suits or tuxedos. Boots & Cowboy Hats are welcome. NO DENIM.

How far are the locations?

The ceremony, reception, and hotels are all within a short drive (approximately 5–10 minutes) of each other.

Will there be drinks?

Answer

Yes, drinks will be available during the reception. Feel free to help stock the bar prior to the ceremony. For the river celebration, it will be BYOB.

What is the River Celebration?

Answer

Join us the day after the wedding for a relaxed float down the Guadalupe River at Landa Falls.

What should I bring for the river day?

Answer

Swimsuits, towels, water shoes, sunscreen, water, and a waterproof pouch. Guests are welcome to bring coolers, drinks, and food for the grill.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that children remain supervised at all times. The ceremony will be a quiet, unplugged experience. To preserve the moment, if a child becomes restless, parents are respectfully asked to step outside.

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes, Guests will enjoy light bites during cocktail hour following the ceremony. Dinner will feature a chicken and beef fajita buffet, with late-night bites served before the reception concludes.

Your presence is the greatest gift to us. For those who wish to honor us further, registry details can be found on our wedding website. A gift table will be available at the reception.

What happens if I’m late to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive on time. The ceremony will begin promptly, and late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate moment to be seated. To preserve the ceremony, please do not enter during the processional, walkdowns, or nuptials. If arriving late, kindly wait to be guided in and enter quietly. A waiting area will be available at the entrance.
