The dress code is dressy casual. DC is hot in the summer, so dress accordingly. For those identifying as men, slacks and a jacket or a suit is appropriate. For those identifying as women, a summer dress would be fine. Just rethink the high heels, as there is a lot of gravel in the lot. For the those somewhere else on the spectrum, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, but note the heels issue.
