What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 6pm. Plan to arrive by 5:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. Buses will pick up at the Marriott Residence Inn downtown and the Omni Hotel downtown and will drop off after the reception. There will also be parking available at the venue.

Yes, weather permitting. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Where and when will buses pick up?

Buses will pick up at the Omni hotel and the Mariott downtown. Please arrive by 4:15, so they can leave on time.
