Question

Pronoun Etiquette

Answer

Pronoun etiquette is a crucial aspect of showing respect and inclusivity to all individuals, regardless of their gender identity. It's important to understand that gender is a spectrum, and not everyone identifies as a man or a woman. Some may use gender-neutral or non-binary pronouns. At our wedding, we ask that our guests respect everyone's pronouns, whether that be she/her, he/him, they/them, or any other. If in doubt, just use someone's name instead of making assumptions. By doing so, you are creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our guests who have come to celebrate our love and happiness with us.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids (and know you do too!), but our wedding will be an adults-only affair. Consider it your time to dress up, unwind, and enjoy the time away. You deserve it!

Question

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

We love your enthusiasm to celebrate with us! Please note that we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP form.

Question

Do I Need To RSVP?

Answer

Absolutely, we will be planning for the amount of people that respond to their invitations. We unfortunately cannot make accommodations for people that haven't responded. Additionally, we ask guests to only respond for the amount of people specifically on their invitation.

Question

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

Yes, our Dress Code is Formal. Dress to impress in your evening's best! We consider jeans, shorts, baseball caps, athletic attire, and t-shirts too casual for our wedding. For inspiration, please feel free to refer to our attire on your Save the Date magnet. We appreciate your respecting our guidelines!

Question

Is There Parking For The Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Parking at Castaway is valet-only. We strongly recommend to Uber or Lyft so you can take advantage of the open bar and get to and from our celebration safely.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive At The Ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Los Angeles traffic is infamously treacherous. We recommend you aim to arrive at our ceremony 30 minutes prior to our 5pm start time.

Question

Are You Registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we're registered. You can find our registry by clicking the "Registry" Tab toward the top of this webpage. Thank you in advance for your generosity!

Question

Do You Have Any Hotel Recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the Travel Tab found toward the top of the page.
