Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. We ask that there are no late arrivals to avoid disruptions during the ceremony, but we understand things happen. If you find yourself running late, please let us know asap and we will make sure the back row has availability for you to sit. Should you not be attending the ceremony, please feel free to come after 6 PM for the cocktail hour or by 7 PM as dinner will be served shortly after.
We’re keeping our guest list very close due to space and budget, so we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to the couple. Thank you for understanding!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event with the exception of children of the immediate family. Our hope is that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us properly.
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate that by declining your invitation so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending,” but find that you will not make it, please go back to your invitation and update it by declining.
If you do not RSVP by , you will be marked as “declined.” We would love to be celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept ANY late RSVP’s. If you have concerns about your schedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Yes, we ask that all guests dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. Have fun getting fancy with us! Please refrain from wearing white or shades of white like ivory and cream. We would like for the bride to have her day!
There is plenty of parking at White Pines Golf Club and you can leave the car overnight if needed as we want you to all drive responsibly. However, please feel free to carpool or Uber/Lyft as well. All vehicles left overnight, should be picked up by 11 AM the following morning. There will also be a shuttle provided if staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Wooddale. Times will be updated once solidified. Please check back closer to the date.
The ceremony and reception will be held in the same general area weather permitting. Ceremony will be outside (This is a concrete area). Reception will be indoors.
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate! The venue has asked that no outside alcohol be brought onto the premises. This includes the parking lot as this is a public park district.
