We met back in college on the Concordia cheer team! Dani was a freshmen in college and Blake was a junior. We were in the same stunt group together and became friends throughout the season. We remained friends after Blake graduated. When Blake came back into town the next school year, we began texting and talked about seeing each other but Dani got sick with covid (boooo) and they missed each other on his trip. Blake went back to Florida (where he was living) and Dani stayed in Seward, but we continued to text as friends and spent time getting to know each other. Blake made a visit for Dani's 21st birthday in the spring and we immediately knew when we spent time together, that it was special. We began dating on the 18th of April, four days after Dani's birthday. Besides one month apart before Blake moved back to Nebraska, we've been inseparable ever since <3
