It's a simple story really, just two kids who moved to a new city focusing on their careers. Toss in a pinch of internet dating and there you have it, the recipe for finding the one, and find the one we certainly did. On our first date together, things immediately things just clicked. We talked and talked on our first date and when we finally looked around it was only us and the busboy mopping the floors left in the restaurant. We talked about everything, from our love of fantasy books and our passion for exploring food down to how we take our coffee in the morning. Sandy takes hers black and strong, and Zach takes his back to the counter, because there has been a horrible mistake with his orange juice. After that we just fell into rhythm together, Wednesday game nights, Thursday happy hours, and weekends spent together working our way through every restaurant in Minneapolis. Life is good when you have your person by your side. Life is even better though when that person is yours forever. So while on a vacation to South Carolina, Zach got down on one knee and under the live oaks at sunset asked the most important question of his life, and Sandy said yes. And that everyone, is how we met each other.
