when and where is the wedding?

Answer

We’re getting married on Friday, November 7, 2025, at St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church in West Covina, CA, followed by a reception at the Ikon Event Venue, formally known as "The Great Caesar Banquet Hall" nearby. Full details and addresses are on the Schedule page.

which airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Ontario International Airport (ONT) if you want to be closer to the ceremony — it's about 30 minutes from St. Nectarios Church in Covina. If you'd prefer to be closer to the reception venue in Tujunga or are staying in Los Angeles, Burbank Airport (BUR) is a great option — it’s about 20–25 minutes from the reception. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is also an option, but it’s farther from both venues and can take over an hour depending on traffic.

is there a hotel block?

will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We recommend using ride-share services or carpooling, as parking may be limited. Valet parking will be available at the reception venue for your convenience.

what time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly!

what should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be formal/black tie. We kindly ask that guests dress in elegant attire. Think floor-length dresses, suits, or tuxedos. Please avoid white, ivory, or anything too casual.

will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors at the church, and the reception will also be indoors with some outdoor spaces available to mingle.

are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to our venue’s space and setting, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding.

can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to you and guest, then yes! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo to help us keep our guest count within our venue’s limit.
