Maid of honor extraordinaire! Vanessa is the kindest, most caring person you will ever meet. I was literally shocked at how sweet and giving she was when we first met because I had never had a friend like that. I chose Vanessa to be my maid of honor because she is always there for me (even when I meed to vent to her for 4 hours) and I knew she could talk me off the ledge when I started to crack under the stress of wedding planning.

He tried to sell me to every stranger he saw when I was first born so I figured he'd be the best man for job. (TA TUM TSSS) Eventually he grew to love me as his sister and was always around to protect me when I needed it most! He was my toughest competitor when I was growing up and playing sports. He helped me becoming who I am today. When I was no longer the little annoying sister following him around and imitating everything he did, he would take me out and let me hang out with him and all of his friends. He's always been my right hand man and so I couldn't think of anyone else better suited to stand right next to me on one of the most important days of my life.

Julie is the life of the party and is sure to make you smile or laugh no matter what! Don't let her bubbly personality fool you though, she's a little firecracker and will go to bat for the people she cares about. She's probably the only one who can keep up with my crazy tangents because she's the same way! I'm lucky to call Julie one of my best friends and bridesmaids...even if she is always late lol!

The older brother I always looked up to and wanted to be. Luis was and will be probably one of the coolest guys I ever knew. I wanted to copy everything he did, his style, love for sneakers, taste in music and love for basketball. Anyone who knows me knows I love basketball ( I make it pretty obvious) and the person to thank for that is Luis. I even copied his shooting form. I knew he loved me because he always spoiled me. He would bring us back pizza from his first job in a pizzeria in the Bronx, got me teddy bears from Build-a-Bear, and bought me clothes when he worked in a clothing store. Luis always had my back and still does. The first thing he told Sandy was "take care of my sister." I am honored to have him by my side on my wedding day.

Mi hermanita I wish I always had! Nege coerced me to change my schedule my junior year and take anatomy with her. It was the BEST decision as that's when our little girl gang was formed. She is one of the strongest and fiercest people I know and I knew the DAY we met she was my twin flame. Fast forward just a few months later and before I had even proposed to Mariel, I already knew I had secured a bridesmaid and a friend for life <3

I wasn't there when he was born, but I remember first meeting him when he was only one year old! He didn't say much of course but we had an instant connection. He was the sweetest, kindest and most shy baby I knew and I was so happy and proud he was my first nephew. He's grown a lot since then (he's 6'2), but in his core he remains a sweet and kind man. We always bonded over our love of playing sports, being competitive, playing video games, and loving sneakers and I'm so proud of who he's grown into. I couldn't think of a better bridesman than my first nephew... who's also always been my friend.

I remember Mariel telling me the story ( about a thousand times) of how she ran out of class early when her niece was being born. After meeting Marielie I clearly saw why people are willing to drop anything for this beautiful little girl. She is so charismatic, smart, funny and has just about everyone wrapped around her finger! She is sure to steal the show as flower girl, and frankly, I'm okay with that!

I fell in love with him when i first saw him home from the hospital. He's the coolest, sweetest and smartest kids you'll ever meet. I love who he is as a person. This kid is my best friend plain and simple. Our bond was instant and the connection has been strong since he was born.
