Nice place for a walk along the seaside ! You can also rent one a "Blue Bikes" (Vélo Bleu) and don't forget to sit one of the iconic bleu chairs.
It's a bit of a hike but the view is breathtaking from up there. There is also a lift if you are feeling less sporty on the day. Once you finish checking out the view, you can visit the waterfall, the Belanda Tower, or the old cemetery.
On top of the Mont Gros at 370 meters above sea level and in the heart of a forest of thirty-five hectares you will find one of the biggest European observatories. You can visit the observatory and in the same time get one of the best panoramic views of Nice every Wednesday and Saturday at 14.45. The visit is 2 hours and you need to be there 10 mins in advance. The visit is also a good opportunity to improve (or start learning) your french as the tour is only in French !
The Flower Market is a great place to discover specialities from Nice, from souvenirs to local food. It is located on one of Nice's busiest streets, it is full of restaurants and right in the middle of the old town. The market is open from Tuesday to Sunday.
