We're Getting Married!!

You don't have to be lonely... Everyone laughs when they hear that Matt and Sandy met on Farmersonly.com!! It is pretty funny, but its where their adventure started!! There was an instant connection between them!! It was as if they'd known each other for years and conversation came so easy!! After chatting for a week or so, they knew they wanted to meet in person, but Sandy was fighting one of the worst colds she'd had in years (perfect timing, right?!) On January 20, 2017, they went on their first date!! They went for breakfast at Denny's. Yes, Denny's!! They are simple people, you know!! A week later, January 28, 2017, Matt asked Sandy to be his girlfriend!!

Matt and Sandy took a long weekend adventure to Sedona to celebrate their 2nd "dating anniversary." They went to Oak Creek Canyon because Sandy's Grandpa (who recently passed away) loved it there. Matt found a picnic area with a small waterfall you can drive over and thought it would be a nice spot to walk around. They sat and ate a small lunch then decided to walk around. Matt came across a small speaker someone left behind, so he picked it up. He also came across a small toy car someone had left behind, so he picked it up. After walking around for a while, Matt found a log and said he needed to set down all of the goodies he'd found. Sandy came and sat next to him. Sandy was looking around at the scenery, smelling the pine trees and listening to the creek flowing next to them. She was at peace knowing they were at a place her Grandpa would have loved. After a few minutes of sitting there, Matt said "Hey, look what else I found?" and turned to Sandy with a ring box in his hand. Sandy started crying instantly!! Matt opened the ring box and all Sandy could say was "WHAT?!" and hugged him. Matt stood up and knelt down in front of Sandy and asked her if she'd marry him. She said yes, but Matt didn't hear her (Probably because she was a blubbering mess) Matt stood up and sat back down next to her. He asked "So, is that a yes?!" and Sandy said "YES!!"
